Psychiatric care for women, provided by a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Our services
Below, you'll find our list of services and our payment policy to keep care transparent and clear.
Free 15-Minute Consultation
A brief, no-pressure call to discuss what’s been going on and determine whether working together feels like the right fit. This is a chance to ask questions, learn about my approach, and decide on next steps. No clinical care or prescribing occurs during this visit.
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation (75min) $250
This is our first full appointment together. We’ll review your history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and any hormonal or life changes that may be affecting your mental health. The goal is to understand the full picture and create a thoughtful, collaborative treatment plan moving forward.
Follow-Up Visit (30min) $125
These appointments are used to review progress, adjust treatment if needed, and continue working toward steady improvement. We’ll check in on symptoms, medication response, sleep, stress, and any changes since your last visit.
Brief Check-In (15min) $75
A short appointment for focused concerns such as medication adjustments, quick follow-ups, or addressing a specific question between regular visits. This option is best for established patients who need a quick touchpoint.
Payment & Policies
Self-Pay Practice
This practice operates on a self-pay basis. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. A superbill can be provided to patients seeking out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.
Flexible Payment Options
I never want affordability to be the reason someone does not seek care. Billing is completed through secure invoicing, which allows you to contribute what you’re able, when you’re able. If cost is a concern, please reach out so we can discuss options.
Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows the time to be offered to another patient who may be waiting for care.
Communication Between Visits
Secure messaging through the patient portal is available for brief questions or administrative needs. Clinical concerns that require discussion may require a scheduled appointment.
Emergencies
This practice is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or feel you may be in danger, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
